We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Service Apprenticeship Trainer to deliver outstanding training in Level 2 and 3 Customer Service and Level 4 Sales Executive standards.
Sales and Customer Service Apprenticeship Trainer
Location: Based in their Hebburn office with regular travel to client sites
Permanent, full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions for Level 2 and Level 3 Customer Service and Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeships, both in-office and at client locations.
- Create and implement structured lesson plans that align with apprenticeship standards, tailored to each learner’s needs and career goals.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching and support sessions to ensure apprentices develop the skills and knowledge needed for success.
- Carry out regular progress assessments, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support learners’ development.
- Collaborate with clients and employers to understand specific training needs and deliver bespoke learning experiences that align with their goals.
- Stay current with industry best practices and integrate innovative training methods to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or training, ideally within an apprenticeship or work-based learning setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate learners at all levels.
- Relevant qualifications in customer service or sales (e.g., NVQs, ILM, or equivalent) are advantageous.
- Teaching or assessing qualifications (e.g., AET, TAQA, or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
- Highly organised and able to balance the needs of multiple learners effectively.
- A valid driver’s license is essential, as travel to client sites will be required.
