Winter Season Hotel Manager required for Lapland season in Finland MUST BE AN EU PASSPORT HOLDER . Flying out at the end of October to work the full season till the end of March 2025. This amazing opportunity offers the lifetime experience to see the Northern Lights and experience the remote living in a winter wonderland. You will manage all the staff, across the resort with a main hotel and additional accommodation and their main restaurant. You will be a hands-on and very visible manager, leading your team to deliver the highest possible level of guest satisfaction. The Hotel Manager will take ownership of the daily running of the hotel accommodation and daily operations, always making sure the guests receive the best possible service, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and standards in all areas. You will assist with the recruitment, training and ongoing coaching of all the staff, ensuring excellence at every opportunity. Naturally you will respond to guest feedback on the day, and approach any feedback with professionalism, calmness and courtesy. You will have: Experience as a Hotel Manager or Deputy General Manager in a hotel setting. Strong background in daily operations and staff management. Exceptional commercial awareness with the ability to lead, coach, and develop front of house teams, including housekeeping and FandB team.
