Job Title: Clinical Services ManagerSalary: £65,000Reports to: Head of Clinical Services Job Summary: The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for ensuring that clinical services are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This key role is central to maintaining clinical governance frameworks, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement across both adult and children s services. The manager will coordinate all activities related to clinical governance, ensuring clinical compliance and best practices across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Framework Management: Develop, implement, and maintain the clinical governance framework in alignment with organisational goals and standards.Ensure that clinical policies, procedures, and protocols are up to date and adhered to across all services.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical quality and safety. Quality Assurance and Improvement: Lead continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives across clinical services.Coordinate clinical audits, safety reviews, and incident investigations.Implement improvement plans based on audit results and performance data.
