The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a fast paced programme of hotel refurbishments with work across the UK. You will be taking the brief from the client and managing the contractor and overall team through to completion with on site visits as appropriate to check work / snagging etc. The role does require excellent communication skills with ideally previous experience of managing busy programmes of work in this, or similar, sectors.
