The role involves managing high-volume cases involving service charges, ground rent, buildings insurance, and breaches of leases for long leasehold flats and freehold houses with estate rent charges. If you are an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in debt recovery or property litigation, this could be the perfect role for you! Key Responsibilities:Client Communication: Draft and send client care letters, Conditional Fee Agreements (CFAs), and Terms of Business (ToBs). Regularly update clients on case progress. Legal Documentation: Prepare and submit Part 7 claim forms. Draft and file applications to request and set aside judgments. Handle documents for out-of-jurisdiction proceedings. Judgment Enforcement: Enforce judgments via High Court enforcement officers. Process charging orders and Orders for Sale. Draft and serve Section 146 Law of Property Act notices. Case Management: Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met. Handle cases related to service charges, ground rent, insurance, and lease breaches.
