You will play a pivotal role in providing professional HR advice, managing employee relations (ER) cases, and supporting various HR projects. Your contribution will ensure that HR policies and best practices are effectively implemented, and that employee relations matters are managed in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner. Key Responsibilities Business Support Offer comprehensive HR advice to employees, managers, and stakeholders on policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure all advice is aligned with the latest employment law and HR knowledge. Employee Relations Lead and manage employee relations cases including absence reviews, investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances. Provide expert advice to managers on HR matters, helping them navigate complex issues while applying company policies effectively. Support large-scale employee relations activities such as restructuring and consultations. Manage leave requests (maternity, paternity, flexible working) and conduct exit interviews, escalating issues to HR Business Partners.
