Job Title: HR Advisor Salary: Circa £40,000 Location: Borehamwood / Hybrid Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Experience working in HR and providing ER advice A relevant HR qualification Excellent communication skills Able to analyse data and identifying trends Responsibilities Manage the administration for the HR lifecycle. First point of contact for HR enquiries, employee relations, and providing advice. Supporting the team of HR Administrators with queries Producing HR analytical reports, analysing data, identifying trends and providing insights. Manage absences and create action plans to reduce absence across the company. Run HR sessions for support staff and implementing workshops for managers.
