THE ROLE: Working in a team of 4 Sales Executives, you will be responsible for developing new business and existing accounts Leads are provided, and a marketing agency provides support; however, you will need to make cold calls to win new business Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation and discovery calls, to presentations, quoting, and crucially closing deals An average deal cycle is 60-days You will be encouraged to bring new business development ideas, although there will continue to be a strong focus on telephone sales. KEY SKILLS and EXPERIENCE: Recent B2B sales experience, ideally IT sales Driven, motivated and full of ideas Local to Northampton SALARY and BENEFITS: £30,000 - £35,000 basic OTE year 1 = £45,000 Uncapped commission 20 days holiday (increasing to 25) + public holidays On-site car parking Company social events.
