About the Team: The Claims Handling Department provides managed claims services for top professional indemnity insurers, overseeing claims from first notification to resolution. The team operates with delegated authority on pre-litigated matters and supports the firm''s insurance strategy, contributing referrals and expertise across the broader business. The Role: This internal, non-client-facing role is pivotal in the operational management of the department, reporting directly to senior leadership. Based in the firm''s Bristol office, with flexible hybrid working, the Operations Manager will work alongside the Head of Claims Handling and report to the overseeing Partner.
