This senior leadership position will take on a pivotal role in governance and compliance across all business units, both manufacturing and commercial. Given the evolving nature of the structure in the business, this position will take on responsibility for overseeing this transition from a quality and compliance perspective. One of the most crucial aspects of this position will be the ability to build exceptionally strong stakeholder relationships, therefore communication and influencing skills will be strengths of the successful individual.
