Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of debt recovery matters, with the opportunity to retrain for candidates from Personal Injury (PI), Credit Hire, or Housing Disrepair (HDR) litigation backgrounds. Handle cases from inception through to resolution, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements. Prepare and draft legal documents, including claims, responses, and correspondence. Conduct legal research and liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient case progression. Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients, ensuring high levels of client care and communication throughout the litigation process. Attend court hearings, where necessary, and manage all aspects of case preparation. Ensure compliance with Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and stay up-to-date with relevant legal precedents and legislation. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years PQE or equivalent in litigation.
