Director of Corporate Reporting Review The Financial Reporting Council (FRC)''s mission is to serve the public interest by setting high standards of corporate governance, reporting and audit, and holding to account those responsible for delivering them. The FRC has been through a period of significant transformation, increasing its impact and influence and building its capability and capacity. Alongside supporting public trust and confidence in audit, corporate reporting and governance, it will play a key role in supporting and contributing to UK economic growth and competitiveness. The new Director of Corporate Reporting Review will be a key member of the Supervision Division and will ensure the FRC''s approach to corporate reporting is fit for the future. Operating at a strategic level, they will set out vision and strategy for corporate reporting reviews, the FRC''s regulatory strategy, outcomes of ARGA legislation; and lead the team through change. The successful candidate will have the ability to set strategy and deliver change. They will bring considerable experience of overall key decision making on financial, reporting matters. They will be a fully qualified accountant and have detailed knowledge, deep understanding and experience of corporate reporting and the broader regulatory regime in the UK.
