Electronic Technical Support Engineer This is an afternoon/evening technical support role operating within the hours of 2pm to 11pm Tuesday to Saturday. After an initial 3 month training period in their Watford office, the position can be performed remotely. Initially supporting a handful of electronic communications products and working up to the full scope of the product range. You will be required to liaise with mobile network providers to diagnose connectivity issues. You will also provide customer support to our internal and external teams.Salary: 27,500, with a review after 6 months.
