Manage the full estimating process from initial enquiries to tender adjudication and submittal. Estimate from first principles, including producing Bills of Quantities and Schedules of Work. Perform site surveys and analyse project plans and specifications. Extract relevant information from drawings and tender documents to calculate costs for materials, plant, labour, and sub-contract packages. Obtain quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.
