This office-based role involves preparing and managing quotations for quoted works jobs in the hard services facilities management (FM) sector. You will work closely with various departments and clients to ensure accurate, timely, and competitive quotes for minor repairs, maintenance, and installations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for small-scale jobs within hard services FM (e.g., mechanical, electrical, plumbing). - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather necessary information for quotes. - Analyse job requirements, site conditions, and material/labour costs to create competitive pricing. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry rates, material costs, and pricing trends. - Follow up on submitted quotes with clients to ensure smooth progression of work. - Track and report on quote statuses, ensuring all requests are handled promptly and efficiently. - Ensure all quotes comply with company policies, regulations, and client specifications. - Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.
