This is a senior role that requires both inspiring leadership and effective liaison and cooperation with a wide range of stakeholders in order to own, lead and develop the Groups'' People Strategy. Leading on all aspects of HR, including recruitment, retention, reward, employee relations and culture and wellbeing, the role holder will be expected to identify opportunities to continuously improve the business partnering service that their team provides.
