The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.Prepare and distribute HR documents, such as employment contracts and onboarding materials.Coordinate training sessions and seminars.Handle employee enquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of timesheets.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Organise and maintain HR files and records in accordance with legal requirements.Provide administrative support for performance management processes.Requirements:Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ..... full job details .....
