As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing both the shift and day teams, comprising a total of 30 talented individuals within the Facilities Management (FM) sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a diverse team of engineers and technicians, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of critical facilities infrastructure.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement and maintain high standards of facility management, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Plan and oversee maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs to optimize facility performance and minimize downtime.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and excellence among team members through training, mentorship, and performance management.Manage budgetary responsibilities, including forecasting and cost control measures, to meet financial targets.
