We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to join an international engineering business in the field of rotating equipment. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, providing essential technical support that will ensure delivery of high-quality aftermarket solutions for rotating equipment (Pumps/ Turbines) and associated equipment used in a range of sectors including EFW, Defence, Power Generation, Pulp and Sugar. In this role, your expertise in coaching, developing, and mentoring engineering team members will foster an environment of continuous learning and adherence to best engineering standards and practices. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with technical engineering leaders across the client and the wider client Group, to align strategies and achieve collective success. Interested candidates will ideally be degree qualified in a relevant technical discipline however those with a lesser qualification with demonstrable industry experience will be considered. Candidates must also be able to obtain SC Clearance as part of this role.
