Key Responsibilities Provide pre and post commercial advice/ support to the operational teams Support the operational teams in providing a customer focused service and attaining the highest standards of operational delivery to maximise projects profitability and minimise risk Support the projects by providing advice and feedback in the promotion of best commercial practice throughout the company Ensure completion of contract documentation and support the Commercial Manager to undertake contract reviews and negotiations to align with governance requirements Ensure all bonds and warranties are agreed in accordance with commercial and group procedures Manage and monitor the contract terms and conditions along with contractual obligations Support the Commercial Manager in the resolution of contractual disputes Support the bidding process commercially Where new opportunities are identified to ensure each tender has the appropriate level of review and tender risk assessment Protect stakeholder interests ..... full job details .....
