A background in the water industry is advantageous!Role Overview:As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll play a pivotal role in the commercial aspect of projects. From tender to final account, you''ll work closely with our commercial team, providing crucial support to operational teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from tender through to final account stage.Produce accurate project cost forecasts.Manage subcontract works packages, including interim assessments and change management.Ensure smooth daily commercial operations on projects.Efficiently handle procurement management.Interpret and evaluate expenditure reports with precision.Prepare and issue subcontractor documentation as required.Assess compensation events and issue early warning notices when necessary.Provide commercial support to operational teams and stakeholders.Effectively engage with internal and external decision-makers.
