Your new company Our client are a leading, continually growing facilities management company providing FM services to corporate office environments for a variety of clients in London and around the UK. Due to growth and contract wins, they are hiring a Facilities Account Director to oversee multiple corporate accounts based out of London.Your new role As Facilities Account Director you lead and support our client''s teams to deliver a unique experience wherever they operate, focusing on enabling them to become the FM provider of choice for their corporate office clients who value the service experience.This role will be part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and will report directly into the Operations Director. As such, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the business and play a crucial role in its future success.In addition, this role encompasses the role of Health, Safety, and Environmental Senior Lead to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and to maintain the company accreditations and quality standards; ISO14001 (Environment) and ISO45001(Health and Safety).What you''ll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will require a proven track record in strategic and operational management of FM services within corporate office environments.
