The Company: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Operations Executive to join our team, based in Manchester. In this role, you will work closely with the merchandising and sales teams to ensure the smooth processing of sales orders and adherence to the critical path. Your key responsibility will be to help ensure that customers receive the right product on time by keeping the workflow efficient and accurate. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Work closely with the sales and merchandising teams to ensure sales orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Oversee the order lifecycle from initial placement to delivery, ensuring all customer requirements are met. Critical Path Management: Monitor and manage the critical path for sales orders, ensuring key milestones are achieved and deadlines are met. Liaise with internal teams to resolve any issues that could delay orders and escalate where necessary. Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for sales-related queries, providing timely updates to internal teams and ensuring that customer expectations are managed and met. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales orders, product availability, and delivery schedules.
