This is for an ASAP start and will be a full-time role. As part of this role, there will be ongoing training in Behaviour Management if needed, as well as more targeted CPD for the needs of the children on offer.The school itself is an Ofsted graded Good school in the outskirts of Ashford, whose report has highlighted the strong leadership and robust structures in place for supporting children with SEN. Parents have great relationships with teachers and the students love coming to the school too. The school is accessible via public transport. The RoleWorking primarily with children with SEN on a 1:1, or small group basis.SEN needs themselves can range from: ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and/or Behavioural Needs.Assessing students'' progress and discussing development with Teachers, Parents/Carers, and external agencies if necessary.Undertaking CPD if the role requires it, in which you will be accredited for.
