HRS Healthcare are recruiting for a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner for a Complex Care Provider who support adults and children with a variety of complex care needs in their own home across the southeast. This is a brand-new role to the business so a great opportunity to make it your own! About the role To contribute on all existing clients and new referrals requiring positive behaviour support. To carry our functional assessments, develop positive behaviour support plans and assist families and staff with implementing positive behavioural interventions. Ensure all practices adhere to the BACB ethics code. Attend and contribute to all multi-disciplinary meetings Write clear and comprehensive reports Lead on any third-party referrals when required About you At least 2 years experience of assessing and intervening with children and adults with challenging behaviours. Experience of working with individuals with spinal injuries, ABI and challenging behaviours Work collaboratively with the wider team PBS qualification and ideally hold HCPC, UK-SBA, NMC or BACB registration. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to plan effectively with good time management. You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence What s on offer for the Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner role?
