Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the unique needs of students with special educational needs. Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and external professionals to create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help them succeed. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and growth. Engage with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child''s progress and needs. Qualifications: A relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) and/or a special education qualification. Strong understanding of special educational needs and effective teaching strategies. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students with diverse needs.
