As an SEN Teacher, your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering tailored lessons and interventions to meet the unique needs of each student.Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters progress and well-being.Assessing and monitoring students'' progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.Collaborating with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs).Providing emotional and behavioral support to students, promoting their social and emotional development.Developing lessons in line with curriculum requirements and ensuring students are well prepared for Qualifications and Attributes an Primary SEN (SEMH) Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching students with SEN.Have experience teaching KS1 and KS2 materials and studentsSpecialization in SEN or relevant SEN teaching qualifications are advantageous.A passion for working with students with SEN and a commitment to their educational and emotional well-being.Strong ..... full job details .....
