We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary based in London The FirmOur client, a leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their successful Commercial Litigation team, in their City of London office. The OpportunityThe successful Legal Secretary will be required to undertake a range of Commercial Litigation tasks to support fee earners. Duties to include:Assisting with billing and account queriesDrafting emails for both suppliers and clientsFiling, scanning and archiving documents when requiredBooking travel and accommodation arrangementsUpdating and managing filesLiaising with internal support teams to resolve issuesThis Legal Secretary role is based in the City and offers hybrid working, with working hours of 9:30am to 5:30pm.
