The firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their Legal 500 ranked team. The OpportunityThe successful Legal Secretary will provide high-level secretarial support to individual Fee Earners, as well as supporting a wider team. Some key duties include:Producing and formatting documents such as Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills and billing documentsProof-reading workDiary management to include booking meetings, making appointments and processing new clientsDealing with telephone calls and clients visiting the officeWorking with Fee Earners to ensure documentation is produced to a high standard while meeting deadlinesEnsuring all filing is up to date and maintainedThis Legal Secretary opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm. This role is fully office based.
