They specialise in reactive maintenance, full refurbishment, fabrication works and property services across both domestic and commercial properties. Having longstanding contracts with some of the most prestigious organisations / companies within London and the UK. Role overview: This is fast paced and challenging role. You will need to work efficiently and be adaptable. The objective of this role is to ensure the safe and correct delivery of agreed services between the business and any client / contract. Keeping within the agreed terms of any agreement / contract, the Account Manager will utilise the in-house engineers available and/or any sub-contractors to fulfil the client / contract requirements. Additionally, using the business systems to track the works and costs.
