Working closely with teachers and SENCOs, you''ll contribute to fostering an inclusive classroom environment that promotes confidence, independence, and academic progress. Your responsibilities as SEN TA will include assisting teachers with delivering personalised lessons, supporting students in small groups and one-on-one settings, and adapting lesson plans to meet each student''s unique needs.
