THE ROLE As Finance Assistant you will be assisting in preparation of management accounts and supporting finance team in ledger maintenance and administration, other responsibilities include: Processing of purchase ledger invoices Supplier statement reconciliations Bank Reconciliation Credit Card Reconciliation Petty Cash Reconciliation Raising Sales Invoices Subcontractor Payroll and Tax Returns Confidential Administration THE CANDIDATE The ideal Finance Assistant will be proactive and well organized with attention to detail as well as having the following skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good Excel skills Previous use of accounting Software, Sage 200 preferred Effective communicator written and verbal Strong numerical and analytical skills Thank you for your interest in this vacancy and good luck with your application.
