Telesales Executive OA are recruiting for a Telesales Executive to join our client, a respected designer and manufacturer of high-quality commercial and residential wallcoverings.You will primarily be responsible for identifying and generating business opportunities via the use of the telephone and working in collaboration with the Sales Team.Location: Hemel HempsteadHours: Full-time, 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday. This will include both warm and cold leads.Arrange follow-up calls with potential prospectsKeep a daily log of call activity and monitor success rateContact a high-volume of customers against assigned KPI sInvestigate inactive accounts and implement strategies to re-activate them.Ensure all appropriate leads and opportunities are followed up in a timely and accurate mannerEnsure accurate and up to date records via the CRM systems.Attend and contribute to regular sales and progress meetings/launchesWork with the team in a positive and professional manner at all times.
