Responsibilities:Partner with regional operations teams across various sites / branches (Yorkshire and the North), providing insight and understanding to ensure the group meets its financial objectivesStandardise and formalise processes as well as drive rigour across the national networkHave a desire to "get under the bonnet" and "have a view", dissect operational processes and propose KPIs to measure and drive productivity and make the right commercial decisionsRegular reporting of financial performance and KPIs and associated commentaryOwnership of budget process for the Region(s)Partner with branch managers on capital project approvals and reportingProvide assurance to the FD that revenue and costs are appropriately recognised and leakage is minimisedReview period end close, identifying opportunities or risks that may appearStakeholders:Heads of Ops, Ops Finance Director, Head of Commercial Finance as well as Operations, People Teams, Sales and Marketing personnel.Responsible for financial performance for UK in the North and ..... full job details .....
