The essence of this role is training delivery, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination, administration, sourcing and aforementioned delivery of LandD activities within the firm, along with ensuring the development and maintenance of LandD systems and processes, and being the central point of contact for all LandD related requests, supporting the HR Director and team in building the skills knowledge of all teams across the firm.
