Payroll is the cornerstone of the HR function, and this role requires a competent and experienced Payroll professional to ensure the smooth-running and continual evolution of this area.The Senior Payroll Manager will report into the HR Director and will manage one direct report. The sole responsibility will be to manage the payroll process with their global payroll provider (ADP) for approximately 700 employees across the UK and Europe. The Senior Payroll Manager will be required to make a meaningful and welcomed contribution to the collegiate and friendly culture of the department, in addition to owning and improving Payroll as their function areas of expertise. Other responsibilities will include:PayrollFirst point of contact for all payroll mattersManage the regional payroll process with their global payroll provider ADP and its partners.Ensure agreed payroll sign off process is followed.
