Portfolio Payroll are partnered with a successful global organisation currently seeking a strategic and experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting into HR and playing a key part in the core leadership team, this role will manage the daily operations of the large payroll team. Responsibilities include:Lead and support the operation of payroll processing across 30 + EMEA countriesInvolvement in the implementation and migration of new EMEA entities and payroll providersManagement of a large payroll team - driving the development of the team, carrying out 1:1s and appraisalsMaintain relationships with payroll vendors throughout EMEAPartner with internal and external stakeholders to implement changesProvide leadership and support to develop areas for growth and advancementLead on payroll related projects within EMEA Experience required:Extensive experience in a Payroll Management roleExperience of coordinating multiple EMEA payrollsExcellent leadership skills and the ability to drive payroll teams forwardExperience of managing large payroll teams This role offers hybrid working, early finish Fridays and other excellent benefits.Interviewing and hiring ASAP.
