Our client splits it business up into core areas, you will work alongside and report into the HR BP who partners one core area, made up of around 300 headcount. This is HUGE opportunity to work in a traditional advisor/BP model, where you will be able to expose your talent and have real ownership of your business area and success within that. A true generalist role, where no two days are the same. You will get involved in a wide range of people activity all sitting under - People analytics, Projects, Stakeholder Management, Learning and Development and Employee Relations. We are looking to attract CIPD Level 3 or higher qualified candidates, who have a proven track record operating at advisory level. You need to be an innovative thinker and solutions focused.
