Are you our new Thematic Assurance Specialist?As a Thematic Assurance Specialist at Intrum, you will play a pivotal role within our Risk and Compliance Department, reporting directly to the UK Head of Assurance. In this dynamic position, you will support the implementation of the UK compliance framework, both internally and externally across our Partner Network, ensuring we meet all regulations and legislation relating to consumer credit, debt collection, and fair treatment of customers. You''ll also ensure that key initiatives, such as the Lending Standards Board (LSB), are fully integrated into our operations. You will lead the delivery of the UK Thematic Review Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP) and conduct external Partner assurance reviews, focusing on high-risk or underperforming Partners. Thematic reviews are essential in identifying and addressing customer and regulatory risks across various business functions, ensuring we assess and mitigate the impact of any unfair outcomes.
