Zuora Architect/ConsultantContract Outside IR353 months initially Rate: TBC (£500 Plus)Predominantly remote - 1 day a month in Manchester My client are looking for an experienced contractor to conduct a full review and optimisation of our existing Zuora billing and finance platform.The Role is a hands-on role, requiring a technically strong Zuora specialist to assess the current environment, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and help define and deliver improvements across the platform. Role Responsibilities Conduct a full audit and health check of the existing Zuora platformReview billing, subscriptions, renewals, notifications, workflows, and integrationsIdentify configuration issues, technical debt, and operational inefficienciesAnalyse customer life cycle journeys and membership communicationsReview how products such as Tastecard are configured within ZuoraRecommend best-practice improvements across billing and finance operationsWork closely with Finance, Technology, and operational stakeholdersProvide both strategic recommendations and hands-on delivery supportImprove automation, reporting, workflows, and customer notification processesDocument findings, risks, and improvement roadmap Required Experience Strong hands-on experience with ZuoraProven experience reviewing, optimising, or re-architecting existing Zuora implementationsDeep understanding of subscription billing, renewals, invoicing, and finance systemsExperience working across both technical and business ..... full job details .....
