You will deliver approximately 130 live online training sessions ahead of the client approaching go-live, helping employees and managers confidently navigate the system and complete essential HR and payroll transactions. Key Responsibilities Deliver approximately 100 Employee Self Service sessions (30 minutes) and 30 Manager Self Service sessions (one hour). Demonstrate key functionality, including personal details, payslips, P60s, leave, absence, expenses, overtime and approval workflows. Adapt training to users with varying levels of digital confidence and experience. Prepare and deliver engaging, practical online training using agreed materials.
