Zellis MyView System Trainer Contract: 2 months Start Date: ASAPWorking Arrangement: Primarily remote, with occasional on-site attendance The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Zellis MyView System Trainer to support the rollout of a new HR and payroll self-service system within a large public sector organisation. You will deliver approximately 130 live online training sessions ahead of the client approaching go-live, helping employees and managers confidently navigate the system and complete essential HR and payroll transactions. Key Responsibilities Deliver approximately 100 Employee Self Service sessions (30 minutes) and 30 Manager Self Service sessions (one hour). Demonstrate key functionality, including personal details, payslips, P60s, leave, absence, expenses, overtime and approval workflows. Adapt training to users with varying levels of digital confidence and experience. Prepare and deliver engaging, practical online training using agreed materials. Capture attendance, feedback, recurring questions and system issues, providing regular updates to the project team. Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and project stakeholders to improve training materials and user guidance. Support go-live, drop-in sessions and hypercare, escalating issues and helping drive user adoption. Follow organisational policies on confidentiality, information security and equality.
