You''ll deliver a high volume of live online training. That''s about 100 Employee Self Service sessions of 30 minutes and 30 Manager Self Service sessions of one hour, all in Microsoft Teams. The sessions cover logging in, navigation and the main transactions: personal details, payslips and P60s, leave, absence, expenses, overtime, approvals and workflows. The client provides the training materials and the configured system. Your job is to learn the system quickly and teach it clearly to people with very different levels of digital confidence.
