We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-established 4-form entry Primary School in Thornton Heath, Croydon, based on its Infant and Nursery site. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued and motivated to achieve. Assess, track, and record pupil progress effectively, using data to inform planning. Work collaboratively with year group partners and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality teaching. Maintain strong communication with parents, carers, and the wider school community.The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this is essential. Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Year 1 experience desirable). Strong behaviour management skills and a proactive, nurturing approach.
