Youth Worker / Youth Support Practitioner role at TieTalent. Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire. Job type: 18 Month, Fixed Term, Part-Time Contract. Working hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (flexible timings to suit young people''s needs; occasional weekend work).Salary: £26,936 pro rata (Actual salary for 30 hours per week £21,840 per annum). Benefits: 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata), laptop and phone provided, great work-life balance.

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Youth Worker / Youth Support Practitioner with excellent interpersonal skills and experience working directly with young people in one-to-one or group settings. You will join an established team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to young people across Basingstoke and Deane.As a Youth Worker / Youth Support Practitioner you will provide one-to-one support, group work, and collaborative projects in partnership with schools, community organisations, and statutory services. Essential

Experience working directly with young people in one-to-one and group settingsSafeguarding, case management, and partnership working experienceExcellent organisational and record-keeping skillsTechnologically confident; able to use digital platforms for communication and record keepingReflective and trauma-informed practitionerAbility to work independently and manage a caseloadConfident in preparing and delivering presentations or group sessionsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work useDesirable

Relevant youth work, social work, or counselling qualificationsExperience participating in safeguarding or child protection meetingsExperience in community-based youth work or outreachHow To Apply
