What you ll be doing:Building strong, trusted relationships with studentsSupporting behaviour, attendance, and emotional wellbeingPlanning and leading lessons on a 1:1 basis, alongside the support of qualified teachersActing as a positive role model within the school communityWorking alongside teachers, pastoral staff, and external agenciesCreating a safe, encouraging space where students can thrive What we re looking for:Experience working with young people (in schools, sports, youth work, or mentoring)A confident, calm, and consistent presenceStrong interpersonal skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindsetSomeone who young people can connect with and respectA team player who s reliable, flexible, and committedAn Enhanced DBS ideally registered ..... full job details .....
