You''ll be a trusted adult figure who listens, guides, and mentors - helping young people build confidence, develop resilience, and make positive choices.What You''ll Be Doing:Supporting students with emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement.Building 1:1 relationships and delivering small group sessions on topics like self-esteem, communication, and social skills.Assisting teaching staff with behaviour management and the creation of a nurturing learning environment.Acting as a positive role model and advocate for pupils'' wellbeing and development.Contributing to personalised support plans and working closely with families and external agencies.What We''re Looking For:Experience working with young people, ideally in a school, youth work, or ..... full job details .....
