The provision supports vulnerable children and young people with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, Autism, Mental Health needs and Challenging Behaviour, providing a supportive environment where pupils can engage positively with their education.The provision is looking to take on a Youth Worker on a full-time, long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Youth Worker will support young people with their learning, emotional wellbeing and behaviour, helping them to develop positive relationships and remain engaged within the provision.The successful Youth Worker will have: Relevant Youth Work, Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification desirableExperience supporting vulnerable children or young peopleExperience supporting SEMH, Autism, Mental Health needs and Challenging BehaviourStrong behaviour management skillsA patient and resilient approachThe ability to build positive relationships with young people In return for the above you can expect to receive: A ..... full job details .....
