Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) - Secondary School - Lewisham - ASAP Start- 110 - 115 per day (depending on experience) Youth Worker Required for a Mainstream Secondary School in the borough of Lewisham Youth Worker required to work with students to provide behavioural and pastoral support Youth Worker required to have at least 1 years'' experience with young people, ideally in a school setting Youth Worker must have strong behaviour management skills Youth Worker ideally be Team Teach/ Physical Intervention Trained Are you a Youth Worker who has extensive experience working with young people from different walks of life?Would you consider yourself to be Youth Worker who has an empathetic approach and is able to build excellent rapport with students? You will have the knowledge and experience of providing support to students that come from different walks of life. You will be required to provide 1:1, in class and outside class support to your students. You will be working closely with students with challenging behaviour and therefore will carry a good understanding of how to build a good rapport with your students.
