We are working with a Voluntary Sector Organisation undertaking youth and
community programme work in areas of North Tyneside, We are looking for a Youth and community worker so support the development and delivery of their work in North Tyneside.

Responsibilities

-  To develop and deliver high quality youth and community work provision.
- To build and maintain professional relationships with children and young
- people that support the principles of youth work.
- To maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing
- demands of the job, participate in appropriate activities and encourage and
- support staff in their development and training.
- Comply with requirements with regards to health and safety, security,
- finances and all other matters subject to company policies and partner
- organisations policies.
